Forecasting and budgeting services also augment our valuation efforts as clients are considering how to value their business at the time of sale.
Valuations are helpful for business, tax and estate planning. For example, a value assessment can be used to assess an offer price to purchase a business, to resolve buy-sell provisions between owners and to gauge interest in possibly selling a business.

- 8 years as a CFO and 12 years as an investment banker
- Financial and operational leadership in multiple industries

- M.B.A from the College of William and Mary
- B.S. from the United States Military Academy
