Biography
Chris has over twenty years of experience in a variety of commercial, risk and compliance management and legal leadership roles. She was formerly the Chief Risk Officer of Dominion Energy, a Fortune 200 energy company headquartered in Virginia. In addition to serving in that role, she also held successive roles as Vice President-Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures, Vice President – Business Development, Vice President – Regulatory Compliance, and Vice President – Chief Compliance Officer. Before joining Dominion Energy, Chris was a corporate transactional attorney at McGuireWoods.
Chris’ background and experience gives her the commercial, financial and legal expertise necessary to define executable goals, develop people, processes and teams to meet those goals and deliver exceptional results. Chris has a passion for helping leaders and their teams improve their analysis of their business and their communication of strategy and goals throughout their organizations.
When not working with leaders to elevate their businesses, you can find Chris spending time with her family, running, swimming or relaxing at the beach or a pool.
